| | June 10, 2010 To whom it may concern, Ravi has been so great for us in our search for our first home. We had known him through our best friends. Based on the house that he had got for them, we were quite sure of how good a house that Ravi would get us as well and he has only exceeded our expectations so far. We were not even in the country when the home search began, and he was so kind enough to take our friends to houses that he found to get an opinion and narrow down choices. Our work was reduced because of that after we came back. He even cut down his vacation so that he could show us houses, and once was working during his vacation to negotiate on offers and close on a house J. While he was away (just for a weekend), he had one of his associates show us houses. Ravi is thorough with the documentation work and all other legal issues that he makes sure everything is in order and to the best of our interest. He would even advise to back out if something is out of order with a house as opposed to just looking at his interest by closing the house. He is so good with negotiation and presentation skills, that he has got us our house at a great price over many other offers that the sellers had. Our experience with Ravi has just been great!
